About me

Professional pet care services in the Aylestone, Clarendon Park and Knighton areas of Leicester. With over 3 years of pet care experience in an outstanding company prior to setting up solo, I am passionate about continuing to provide ethical, first class services.

Fully-insured for protection and peace of mind, with a clear DBS check as well as Pet First Aid training. Certificates can be provided on request.

Dogs
Home Visits and Solo walks (up to 2 dogs in a household)

15 minutes (Home Visit) -  £8

30 minutes (Home Visit or Walk) - £10

1 hour (Home Visit or Walk) - £17

2 hours (Home visit with or without a walk) - £25

4 hours (Home visit with or without a walk) - £35

Cats & Small Pets
Home visits to include all feeding, cleaning and fuss. Medication also provided based on a meeting to demonstrate needs.

(Cat home sitting provided within your home on request for pets that need extra care and over night company)

Home Sitting (Only available for owners already on my books)
Care within your home for all pets within your household while you're away. Includes all pet care needs from feeding, walks, cuddles, and care over night.

Starting at £35 per 24 hours of care for 8 hours of absence each day. 

Absence will be taken no longer than 4 hours at each time, this is taken to provide other visits and care for my own cat.

A 25% deposit will be required to hold your booked dates, with the remainder of the home sitting payment being due the week prior to the sit beginning.

Plant Care
Care for all your houseplants, garden or vegetable patches while you are away. As often as you need for their needs.

FAQ's

• How do we get started?
  All care begins with meeting! This is to gather all the important information about care needs, and for you to meet me prior to starting visits. This will give you a chance to ask any questions you may have and let me know everything about your pet or plants.This is a free meeting, which can be provided in person or via video call depending on the current situation.
  
  

• How will my pet travel?
  Currently all walks will be on foot from start to finish, for play at the nearest park in walking distance or street walking.
  
  

• How do I request?
  All requests will be taken via email and text messages, you will be confirmed once you have had an email or text reply.
  
  

• What if I need to cancel?
  Please email, text or call as soon as possible to cancel your visit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or I arrive to find you are not in need of care, your visit will still be charged for.
  
  

• What time will my visit be?
  Appointment times for all services are given as a guide only and we ask for a thirty (30) minute window of time either side of the requested booking start time for any delays.
  
  Mid day visits are very popular, to ensure we are able to visit all pets during this time we ask for your flexibility for the visit to start between 10am and 2pm.

Cat and Small Pet Visits you can request for three different slots of either 7-11am, 4-8:30pm. Your visit will be within the time slot that you have requested, however may be a slightly different each day depending on the other visits that are in each day, with a little flexibility either side depending on the schedule. If your pet has additional needs (eg. medication or separation anxiety) please let me know and we can discuss timings to suit their needs. 

Should we run much later than expected, you will be contacted via text message and email.

• How will I know my visit has been provided?
  You will receive an email or Whatsapp message following the visit to let you know how you pet was and what we did on the visit. This will include what time I arrived and left, where we went and a photo of your pet.
  
  

• Do you need a key?
  You can either provide me with a key to your home for visits, which will be kept in a secure lockbox with no details other than your pets name.
  Alternatively, owners have a lockbox where the key will be returned following each visit.
